ghost_howl Posted August 2, 2023 Share Posted August 2, 2023 Hi everyone, My sister's accounts were frozen for "multiple account abuse" but she didn't break the rules. She also hadn't been on Neopets for over a month and was locked out of her side prior to that. I suspect there is something else going on (i.e. perhaps her accounts were hacked). She has been in contact with neopets support but they are not being helpful. She asked what accounts were involved and they said they can't share that info. We're at a loss what to do next.
