PLOT: there are 12 ordinary people trying to make their way in the imperial city, 12 of these are experienced Ninja-thieves who steal from the rich and give to the poor. One Day the emperor is diagnosed with a dehabilitating disease, that makes him bedridden, his Son, Huang Zhoudee, is now ruling in stead for him, Rule under him is harsh and bad, and in winter, many people are driven to suicide and extreme attempts to immigrate. There is hope as a foreign horde tries to seige the kingdom and take it for their own. The Plan is to keep on 'taking' and give to the poor to help them rebel against Huang.
