Sidebars?

Since im quiet new to neopets and i dont know how and what Sidebars are. I heard that a "Birthday" sidebar gives you SHH. whats SHH? And how do you get them?

 

I'd appreciate if you helped me with these questions

SHH - Something Has Happened. Maybe you've heard of them as Random Events? Events that... occur randomly which give good, bad or just plain random information.

Hey Ice Hissi! :P You can read all about the sidebars (now called layouts) here on TDN's very own guide. :)

 

As far as the 'SHH' that stands for 'Some Has Happened' so basically random events. One YOUR birthday, your account will automatically have this special layout which will increase your chances at getting random events. :) Hope this helped.
