It says you can sibmit flash animations, yet it wont accept .swf files. Thats a bit annoying.

Yeah, I noticed that.

 

But can't you change .swf files into .mov or .avi in the 'Publish...' settings? If it's not interactive (which I'd assume it's not, as that'd be stupid) that shouldn't be a problem.
