There's a Baby Kougra that's 32 days old (as of this posting), with a little less than a month left for the avatar's eligibility (<59 days). Spotted on NeoBoard:

What do you mean your Neopet has until the end of the month before she doesn't work for the avatar anymore?

Avatar solution is "Visit the lookup of a Baby Kougra under 59 days old". They'll stop working for the avatar then.

Looks like the checklist has been updated to reflect smolprincess and another, DiaraDeliliah (currently at 47 days).
