My pet changed gender with the Lab Ray but looks the same?

Hi guys!

 

so I zapped by Gelert here in tha lab ray today.

 

I have been zapping it for a while and here are the outcomes if this helps:

Original was a male baby Gelert--->  zapped to female ---> zapped to skunk color ---> zapped to male

As you can see the gender says it's male but it still has the gelert's female eyelashes. Male gelerts don't have eyelashes. I was wondering if anyone knew what could be the problem. It should have lost it eyelashes.

This happened to me once with a Vandagyre, and what I found made the picture male was going into customisation, changing it a bit, and then saving it. Hope this helps!
