.....Anna, Dr. Connors isn't technically "bad".

After turning into the Lizard, reptilian instincts sorta take over and his own personality.

Basically, his main goal is to transform every human into reptile-like creatures to create a new race. However, his mental state is returned to normal when Lizard is transformed back to Dr. Connors. Although Dr. Connors does turn back into the Lizard later and etc.
