I've tried to google about it (without finding any real info.) since sometimes, while bobbing for apples, my Neopet will see a reflection in the water that is evidently Bart's hat. And then it states that my Neopet feels disturbed doesn't sleep well that night. I laugh every time. What is with his creepy hat?
