Stuck on Part 10

Hi there,
I'm totally stuck on part 10 of the plot and I only started a few days ago even though its years old.. But I'm just wondering if it's just a matter of good timing or luck for the items to apear in the shop? Or do they not exist, 'cause I've searched them in Shop Wizard and just on the site and nothings come up.
So basically I'm just wondering if there's a trick to it or there's something I'm not doing?

Did you make sure to check the inflation rate? You have to have that exact amount of NPs on hand.
