Bibii Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 So hum, I bought a 4 month premium on 2014-05-10 I just wanted to try for the summer, and I did not want it after those 4 month. I knew it renews itself, but I was too lazy to deactivate it. A week or two ago, my dad got my credit card transactions sheet, and saw that I bought the premium. Ok. Just today, he told me that another premium was bought.... ok o_O So, I went to disactivate it right away... I thought that Neopet renew those things only at the very end... Oh well But why does it say Date: 2014-06-20 Username: bibiey Reference Number: xxx Cancelled Plan: 4 Month recurring Membership Ends: 2014-09-10 Shouldn't it end like 2015-01-10? minniemeggie Posted June 21, 2014 Share Posted June 21, 2014 It looks like they are actually going to cancel the second plan you bought, they should refund the money if it has already processed. If the charge is still showing on your account in 5 business days call your BANK or have your father call and ask if the charge is 'pending' or has gone through.
