Anime Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 If you disable an account it basically ceases to exist for all intents and purposes and therefore cannot count as a side. Also, if you were to simply abandon an account for any reason and not claim it as a side or ever log into it again, it would not count as a side and you'd be free to create another side. I would caution against going through sides at an unreasonable pace as they may cause suspicion, but if you want to abandon or disable an account it ceases to count towards your total.
