Need help to make a decent guild newspaper page!

So waaay back when I had my first account on neopets, I got to be pretty good at coding. Now about 7 years on, I have forgotten pretty much all of it :( so I was wondering if anyone could possibly give me some tips, a tutorial, or if anyone took requests anymore? Thanks for any help, it's all appreciated :D

I have a tip sheet for html... I can give it to you if you are planning on coding with only html. It goes over all the basics.
