Uni-Beauty Avatar Question

Hi all! Quick question.

 

I am trying to get the Uni-Beauty avatar (acquired by grooming your Neopet with any grooming item) and I have groomed 2 of my Neopets with Illusens Comb AND Snazzy Moon Comb and they both say something along the lines of, "Okay, that's enough grooming for now."

I haven't gotten the avatar.

Have I done something wrong? Neither of my pets are hungry or upset, or sick.

Did you mean that you already went to Preferences , checked and didn't see that avatar there? Because you may accidentally got the avatar already and that's where it displays the list of avatars that you already obtained.

Also, and I don't actually know if this makes a difference but it does to most avatars, make sure you are grooming your active pet.

 

If you've done that, and it's not working, I would definitely say check to make sure you don't already have it. A good way to do this is to use the avatar checklist on thedailyneopets because you can use their function that adds all your avatars to the checklist so you don't have to check one by one. Once you do this, check to see if it's checked off.
