There is only one red juppie, aptly named "Red Juppie". (Juppies have cores, and the item "Juppie Core" is blue.) Jalapenos exist in the Neopets world, but not as an actual item on their own. There's a geopepper, which is partly green (and yellow and purple), but I think the green parts of the juppie cheeses are the "Green Scorchipepper." Scorchipeppers come in plushie AND starry.
