Thought on an Avatar

With the Dark Lurker avvie, did you purchase and purchase until you got the avatar? Did you purchase only one thing once a day? What are your thoughts on this?

It's been a while but I believe I only bought one thing to get it

It seems like I had to try multiple times before, when i had my old account. I bought one item a few days in a row, gave up, then went back a while later and got it on my first or second day.

I was trying for about half an hour and bought quite a bit. Just keep going, you'll get it eventually ^^

I only bought something from the Haunted Woods before and I got the avatar without thinking about it. I was just lucky.

I think I was lucky as well, I only bought one item on day one. Day two I bought another and received the avatar.

I took Saxen's advice and just kept buying. I think I must have purchased an additional half dozen items or so before I finally got it. :P

I got mine the night it was released when their wording made it sound like it would be seasonal, so I bought items until I got it. I don't remember how many items it took, but it took quite awhile because a lot of players were doing the same thing so the shops were frequently out of stock and it was harder to get items when it restocked.

I brought one item a day until I got it :) I tried buy multiple times a day but I didn't get it so I tried day by day. I got it on my first purchase one day! I think I got a spooky doughnut or a spooky steak..not sure which was cheaper. I got the cheapest one I could find.

I got the avatar on the very first try I bought a spooky donut and there it was the easiest avatar I got :thumbsup:
