Strategos Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 I have. It doesn't hurt because my gymnastics class has a nice soft pit, but we have to do it from a height of 2 feet, and I'm scared of heights 30 in.<xx<500 ft ^_^ Quote

Superfly Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Yep, I can do a backflip on my trampoline, but when I tried it at my friends house, I busted my nose open! Quote
Myriad Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 How did you learn to do them? I really want to do one. ^^ I can do a front flip on a trampoline. Quote
bub156 Posted April 2, 2007 Author Posted April 2, 2007 i learned it in karate, it hurts your abdominal muscles if you dont stretch before doing it Quote
Awesome_Paul Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 i can't do a backflip like jumping just off the ground But when i was in Year 10 (about 4 years ago) i used to be able to run tiny part up a way and backflip off that, I don't do tehm anymore though, be starnge, a 19 year old unning up a random wall to backflip off it :P Quote
bub156 Posted April 3, 2007 Author Posted April 3, 2007 i can do that, exept i have to be careful which wall i use or else my foot will go right through the wall and ill break my legs Quote
Matt Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 I think I did them when I was a wee little nipper, but now, no. It'd hurt too much by the sounds of it. :P Underwater ones I can still do, though. But that's technically cheating, isn't it? Aided backflipping, really. I don't know... Quote
Myriad Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Yeah, underwater is easy. Apart from when you get water up your nose. .. Quote
bub156 Posted April 7, 2007 Author Posted April 7, 2007 i can only do backflips in the air :( im scared of water lol Quote
ishamaria Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 You should have learned when you were as young as me (10) :D . I should start learning. You have to start off by learnin how to do a back arch, then a backwalk over then a back handspring then a backflip. I suggest starting a front flip. When I tried doing a handstand in the water with no goggles I hit my head on the ground and it started bleeding a bit. I know pretty stupid. :* Quote
bub156 Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 lol, everyone knows that i mean backflip in the air right? :eh: i learned how to do a backroll first(rlly easy) then i did the knee stretch for a while and then practice backflip jumps, and tucking knees and *poof* Quote
Myriad Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 Are you serious? It sounds so easy. I can just do a front walkover. :P Quote
