Hi people :)

 

Can anyone please explain to me, why the Illusen Glade quest keeps going back to level one ?!

 

This time I was up to like level 8, then all of a sudden, today I play, and it is down to 2 ?!

 

I have not been doing any of Jhudoras quests, and I have completed each of Illusens tasks within the time limit!

 

I don't understand why this is happening, and it is SO, SO, SO annoying when I am trying to get to the avatar-level, and I am spending loads of NP every time it resets for what seems like no reason?

 

Is it because I have to complete one quest every day continuously?

I believe it resets at the beginning of each month ... So if you do not do it daily you will not get that far ...

How often do you do the quests?

 

 

It does not reset.

I just looked at mine and I am at level 3, but i haven't played it in years!!

I am not sure what is happening...

I have left a ticket with TNT now. Hope they will reply .....

It may take a while, but I'm sure they'll do something.

 

The only thing that is reset at the beginning of the month is your cumualative high score. Each time you do a quest you get points based on how fast you were, that gets added up, and if you are fast enough you can get a trophy. That is what clears on the 1st- not your quest level.

Thank you for your answer . I hope they will reply, it's really annoying because it costs NP every time I have to start over.

Good luck! I would just stop in the meantime, and wait for an answer- no sense in wasting more of your NP, yeah?

True, I have considered it, but do you know that feeling, where you just wanna be absolutely sure, that it's not doing you doing anything wrong? I mean, I am 99,99 % sure it's not me, but I am just going to try one more time to make sure .

Here's to hoping! I got a really similar response to a problem I had with the multiplayer games. I hope they fix the problem with the quests faster than they're dealing with my problem! :P

I sent a ticket to them about two months ago about the same issue. They replied with the same message you got. They still haven't fixed the problem.. Really irritating. Both Jhudoras and Illusens reset, the highest I've managed to get is to 10 before it resets..
