Hi there!

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

Call me Meg.

I'm new here on TDN but I've been playing Neopets since 2004 (I think).

However, I admit that I'm not really knowledgeable on most Neopian things as I have not been playing the whole time. :( busy with school and other things...

If you go on my user lookup, it's like a noob registered some time ago and left the account to rot. And that's embarrassing!

Anyway I decided to join this community that I may gain more Neopets experience (and collect avatars along the way?). :)

In real life, I currently have no one to talk to about Neopets because my siblings play even less than I do, except my eldest sister. But she is away from home and cannot play during this time so... yeah basically I'm alone now.

I want to own a Wocky in real life. Wockies are so cool! :)

My favorite Neopets character is Illusen the Earth Faerie.

My real life interests include singing, foreign languages and martial arts. I also like kawaii things ^^

Nice to meet you all!

Welcome Meg! :) You can call me barfy (yesh, I know that sounds gross, but the name has grown on me e3e) I just also happen to be interested in singing and martial arts. Unfortuantely, I suck at foreign languages because of my very asian parents forcing me to do everything. Anyways, I hope you have as much fun on TDN as I do!!

Thanks again, guys! :)

Raichi, you used to? Not so much of a fan now? Why? lol

Julia, right now, I'm only fluent in two (Filipino, my native language, and English). I studied Spanish and Japanese in university but I'm still working my way to fluency. XD I'm learning Chinese now, and though I can read and write Korean I don't understand much of it yet (fail). In addition to that, I also know a couple more Philippine languages. My parents'. They come from the same region but I think they have two distinct languages. Since they're different, we all used Filipino when we (their kids) grew up, though I am more familiar with my dad's childhood language now because I hear it everyday. So.. that's about seven in all. Haha.
