Diricos Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I'm lurking a little bit here, but I had some trouble at this part too. The item won't appear until you have 100 times whatever the inflation rate is in that shop. So you need to have that exact amount on you and refresh the shop. If it's not there, it's in one of the other two shops, which has a different inflation rate, and therefore requires a different amount of NP on hand.
