Rare Item Codes Confusion

So I'm pretty confused about the Rare Item Codes you can redeem at the Grundo Warehouse. When I look up the prizes you can win at Jellyneo's Item Database, there are so many beautiful items I would just love to have.

 

IE:

 

 

They aren't in the main shops, nor do they seem to exist for sale in shops or the TP.

 

But when I got some merchandise and redeemed the codes, I got items like:

 

Incredibly cheap and buyable items...

 

Is there no way to obtain these other items, other than a complete fluke chance (should I continue to buy and buy and buy items)?

It's basically just luck. Some items came from toys that they sold 10 years ago, and may be retired from current merch. The items tend to match the merchandise it came with- for example, when I redeemed the code from an Orange Aisha plushie, I recieved an Orange Aisha Muffin. The Shoyru ice cream cone probably came from a Pink Shoyru plushie, etc.
