What was the neovision contest about?

What was it about i was on welturds toy chest and i found something i called the neovision contest? Just wandering what was it even about and what werer its prizes?

I remember it being another contest on Neopets a few years ago where you could enter videos that you made that were Neopets related.

 

Of course, there weren't a lot of people entering it like all the other contests so it was shut down.

 

That's all I remember xD I couldn't make videos so I never even tried myself but there were a few good videos :3
