Guild join link isn't working, help?

Ok so I am in the middle of creating my private guild, again, and my link wont work. Here is the homepage

and this is the link for the join button http://www.neopets.c...3a1d24a6dbf7f522449 but its not working. It goes to this page when I try to join my side account. anyone have any idea how to fix it? Other than making the guild public. I just need to know how to get the guild's origional join link to work on the layout link. The origional guild join link is the one I posted above and the one on the layout but like I said it goes to that page below.

I switched the join link with this one <a href="http://www.neopets.com/guilds/guild_link.phtml?id=4142118"><b>Join</b></a> but then it just says you are not a member of this guild.

 

Well I guess since I can't figure it out I'll just make the guild public for a second until they join then switch it back.
