I can see there are two images and its a puzzle of some sort, but what are the rules of how the game works? Please and thank you for any help in advance! Nataluna Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 the Content Team wrote a fantastic (well i think it rocks) guide here: http://www.thedailyneopets.com/articles/mysterious-negg/ additionally a forum member has posted a snazzy Video tutorial here: http://www.tdnforums.com/index.php?/topic/35131-mystery-negg-cave-tutorial/ basically you have colour and symbol clues in the side. the pieces are as they are (i.e. no rotation is required) but the clues can overlap. the trick is to get all of them fitting into the grid with only one of each colour/symbol. so basically you see there are 3 different symbols and 3 different colours. there is only one of each colour/symbol combination. so there are 3 red icons (the shield, the volcano and the flower) 3 blue icons (same images) 3 yellow icons (same images). if you have 2 red shields for example its wrong, because you should only have one in the grid. the guide goes through this in more detail, so good luck and hope that helps :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
