I need help on this part I can't seem to find the scale figure help please?

"Head to any of the three shops in Altador: Illustrious Armoury , Exquisite Ambrosia , or Magical Marvels. The Neopoints you have on hand should be equal to exactly 100 times the current inflation rate. For instance, if the inflation rate is 4.52%, you should bring 452 NP with you. You have to deposit all your other money in the Bank ."

 

Have you done this? In all three shops? (check if the inflation rate isn't different when trying each one)

This part is suppose to be simple... I got the scale figure in the first try :/

im stuck here! help!! i deposited my NP and the only NP i have right now is the same as the inflation rate of the shop http://www.neopets.c...op&obj_type=95. and when 'You should then visit every shop in turn until you see an item with a scale figure (libra) on it' the in turn means that i have to visit the shops one by one right? but i did it soooooooooooooooo many times and the scale figure wont come out... HELPPP~!

 

EDIT : i finally got it! you just have to redo the steps again. i got stuck so i used the first link of the shop which is the Armoury shop, so i changed my NP into the current inflation, and click the shop again and it appears as an item with a scale symbol. i got a coin purse with a scale sign.
