I'm entirely at a loss when it comes to HTML.. so could somebody help me out with this issue?

I've found that sometimes using a different site to link through will work better. Though I know Photobucket is the easiest. Also, is the image supposed to just say EMPTY like that? ><

Your main problem is that the tutorial is old and Neopets has changed its filters *again*. I recoded it, sorry it's so messy :( I'm not a programmer and if someone better at this than me wants to clean it up I welcome help. Anyway, here's what I got. Your image is broken though so you'll have to reupload for it to look right. Also I can't really do the scroll code. For one thing Neopets keeps deleting that part of the code when I save for some reason that I can't figure out. For another thing, I use firefox and scroll codes don't work in FF. I hope this is a little bit of help anyway! If I did something wrong please let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.
