Coding Question (again)

I'm almost done with my lookup but am having trouble putting in navigation. Does anybody know of a good site that could help me?

Have you tried inputting not only a width, but a height too? Because the code might tell the picture that it is to scale, so even resizing it may not help. Try inputting one for your desired height, and width, though I am not the best expert at these things.

Thanks for the attempt, but I tried it, and it didn't work.

1. scale the image to the exact width you need.

 

2. turn off background repeating.
