Superfly
Hey everyone. I have seem to be having a problem with my notebooks wireless connections. I was on my computer this morning, at my dads house, and this afternoon I logged on, at my moms, and the little wireless icon that usually sits by the clock was GONE. I attempted to out smart my computer, by going in through the control panel, but NOPE, not there either, as a matter of fact, I noticed that when I click on "Network Connections" not a single icon appears. I can only connect to the internet by plugging directly into the router via a ethernet cable. I have tried the following things to fix this: restarted, turned off, restarted next to the router, and system restore. None of those things worked, so I was wondering if anyone here knew something that may be of help to me. Please feel free to ask any questions, I think I will take some screenies of my "Network Connections" so you all can see what I'm seeing. As me any question you would like, I am open to all suggestions, please don't be shy, I will do anything to be able to sit on my bed again and be on my computer. :P Lazy TJ! Guest Lightning Strike
Check your router, maybe the wireless button is switched off or something. Please add some screenies here so I can address your problem more directly.
