Video on userlookups?

I've asked a question very similar to this in the past, and did some research to try and figure out the answer. My question was how to put video on to your userlookup. I'm hoping to use adobe flash to create my own video, but I can't figure out how to upload it into a gif. I've tried imageshack, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there another program I could use to do it? All help is appreciated!
