Recommended Posts

I decided to make a different topic because, I need some help wit my userlookup. I am planning to enter it into the the userlookup spotlight and I need people to rate it (critically please!) and take screenie on how it looks on your browser.

I especially need Firefox, Opera, IE7, and any other screenies you can get ! :yes:

add this to your codeing

#stats  { position: absolute; top: 113px; left: 270px; width: 486px; }

(alther the numbers as needed)

that goesi n your style tag and then at the end of your codeing

to let the stats load put

<div id="stats"><table>

or atthe very least you need the position atribute on it so that it shows on top

now you need to make the font links at the top a tad smaller(since logout goes to the next line, see screenie 2) and you need to make your background show black, which means a diffrent background coding or jsut makign a 1pixel black square and tile it for the background

i know its black in IE but there are many diffrent ways to form a background code and the oen you chose only works in IE. but hte 1 black pixel tiled background would work just as well as changing codes..

i also noticed going back to look at the screenies that your person links next to the avis is also behind your image so oyu need to alter that div to absolute top too.

nice lookup! If I were to rate it I'd give it about 9/10.

If your entering a competition remember there are tons of people that are going to be entering...

In Firefox - the scrollbars are a little off the box.

also a suggestion you might want to consider...

in the a:hover CSS property you could change the color from black to something like red/yellow so that it changes color when you hover over a link.

Good Luck! :wink:
