Adopting and creating a pet problems, please help

Ok so i've only got two pets and plenty of np's but when i got to adopt a pet from the pound i click the pay ..... np's for the pet and nothing happens.

 

When i go to create a pet it's the same, click create pet and nothing happens

I dont get denied just nothing happens.

Whats going on??

Please help if anyone knows whats wrong

Ok well im sure they will do it soon if not i would suggest transfering your pets to a new account!:)
