Petpage help

For the coders out there.

I'm having issues with a petpage app. The in-page links I've done will only work for anchors under it. So say I've got:

*anchor for introduction*

*anchor for plans section*

*anchor for about me section*

The introduction will go to both the sections, but the plans can only go to about me, and about me can't go anywhere. I'm hesitant to post my coding, because it's very messy, but does anyone have any idea about what may or may not be going on?

EDIT: Just to give some info, I have done anchors successfully before. There's only two big difference between this time and last time - I'm using image mapping instead of linking pngs of words, and I've got the linking inside the div class (pretty sure I didn't do that before). However, I just tried doing it outside the div class and it's being uncooperative, so could t be the image mapping? Is there any known image mapping issue?

EDIT 2: Nevermind, fixed it. Mods can lock this topic if they want.
