Building a Home

I'm new to Neopets, having only created my account a day or two ago. I've created my Neohome already, but I'm not quite sure how to expand on it and to actually build the rooms and everything else.

 

I read an article here that said that you have to go to the main page and click the "Manage Rooms and Garden" button, but I couldn't find that.

 

Could someone help me locate the main page and teach me how to build the home?

If you click on 'Shops' at the top, you should see on the next page a load of links at the top of the page. Click on the one that says 'Neohomes' and that should take you to it (click customise to put stuff in there ^_^)

 

Inside your neohome is just one room, however some people create rooms inside by using items as partitions. You don't actually have to build anything else :)
