From the layout I guess it's a Buffy/Angel fan guild. So the description could be something like "Welcome to the guild. This is a place where Buffy and Angel fans can hang out, talk about your favourite episodes/characters, and meet new friends along the way!" (ok sounds a bit corny, but something like that).
