Ticketing system is usually best, but you may also try private messaging me or another person on the Battlepedia Team (Users in purple). One thing to remember is that Private Messaging a Battlepedia Staff Member that rarely visits the forums is probably not the most efficient way. When submitting a ticket or message regarding a weapon, you should state what weapon you are talking about. We have no way of knowing what weapon you are talking about if you just put "It does 3 water". If you want credit for stats (excluding price), please indicate this in your submission, along with the name you wish to be credited with (your name, neopets username, TDN Forums name, etc). If there is no request for credit, it will be left to the discretion of the person handling your ticket. Please don't contact us about hiring. See this page if you are interested in working for TDN. If you send a ticket, please try to check the email linked to your account or ticket at least once 24 hours after time you submitted the ticket. Please only send one ticket per each inquiry, concern, or error if you have no updates. A ticket may have more than one inquiry, concern, or error. We don't need 10 tickets about a weapon being mislabeled. Please don't spam. We don't need tickets about peanut butter fueling cars for NASCAR and your pencil ruling the world. (Seriously, don't do it.) We are not a part of TNT. We cannot change stats, activate, or modify the weapons on Neopets in any way. The Battlepedia is a database with information on the weapons. Battlepedia tickets are for the battlepedia. Tickets regarding other departments or accounts should not be ticketed to the Battlepedia. If you have any questions, feel free to send a ticket.
