rachiee Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Are you under 13? If so, then that might be the case. If you're under 13, you can't send gifts to other users because the option for sending gifts to other users is "Give to NeoFriend," and U13 users can't have Neofriends. Quote
