I'm needing stuff. Is there a board for wanted ads

So. Is there? i've looked and can't find it........So firstly, this is a "wanted" ad for a "wanted ad" board. Secondly, the reason i need one is cos i'm looking for a background to go with the snowy outfit i'm looking for. It's called " Winter Cemetery Ruins Background" That's the name of the background, not the snowy outfit,just so there's no confusion :S
