pant devil question

hi everyone im trying to get the pant devil to steal from me to get him as a challenger and despite me playing alot of refreshing games like cellblock and neoquest and spin the wheel of excitement alot he still hasn't hit me so i was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks for it.

There's a pant devil on the wheel of misfortune too that you are statistically more likely to land on http://www.neopets.com/halloween/wheel/index.phtml I assume you can get him as a challenger from there too, but I'm not 100% sure.

i think you can only get it from a random event or from wheel of excite but ill try it anyway shame getting him on dice a roo doesnt count :(

Well it's a good idea to have nothing but cheap items that you don't mind losing in your inventory. I haven't had anything lost from that random event yet, but I have on wheels. I've also had other characters steal my stuff.

View your inventory while having an item or items in your inventory that total an "Est. Value" of 5 million NP or higher. Refreshing is required. The cheapest method is buying either 93 Golden Geraptiku Talisman (costing about 23k) or buying 81 Obsidian Dagger, (costing about 21k). For roughly 35k, you can also use 31 Blibble petpets.

Wait wait, you just want the battledome challenger or the avatar? Because the battledome challenger can definitely come from the wheel. But avatar would come from the talismans. They don't increase your chances of him showing up at all though so you still just need to keep refreshing.

 

Side note: I have all the talismans if you want to buy them later.

He's never been "taunted" by my inventory (although he's stolen), but not 5mil stuff.

Also, I have him as a challenger, despite that.

I have had the honor of running into the Pant Devil many times. Maybe because I have been on Neopets since 2003 but, what can I say?

By the way, if you run into him, please get me my pink paint brush back.

ahh, the pant devil. :( i've run into him a couple of times, but i've run into his evil mutant cousin the grundo leader more.

 

maybe put a few pant devil attractors in your inventory? i know they're supposed to keep your other items from getting stolen, but maybe they'll do double duty and pull him over to your acct. idk, i'm iffy on how they work, but they're cheap and it's worth a try. :)

just wondering how do i get 93 talismans in my inventory it has a max of 50, i have 49 talismans now and 1 pant devil attractor but i can't fit anymore

You have to store them in your safety deposit box and when you have enough, you take them all out at once and it will let you have more than 50 items in your inventory at once.

When you have more than 50, you can't buy anything. But there's no limit to the amount you can take out of your SDB, like wembly said.

 

So buy 50, use quickstock, then 43, then go to your SDB and remove the 50. :yes:
