bluewisp16
First, is it possible to find the previous owner of a neopet from the pound? Secondly, is it against the rules to adopt neopets on a side account?
rachiee
1.) No- unless you like, already know if someone is putting their pet in the pound. (I'm pretty sure I totally didn't explain that correctly. :P) 2.) No, some people have side accounts especially for adopting pets.

Lilith
Actually you can find the previous owner if you use Google's Cache and the cache is from when the previous owner had them. Sometimes it goes back a couple months. A cache is just like a screen shot of what a page looked like at a specific time. Use google's advanced search to search only neopets.com pages and find the pets lookup and check the cache to see if it was from before the pet was pounded. queensorchadragon
^OOOH that's really a good idea :) I wouldn't have thought of using the cache.
