This means no requesting Neopoint items for your Neocash items and no offering on Neocash items with Neopoint items. It is AGAINST the rules to trade anything other than NC items for NC items. So please do not offer to trade your Neopoints, NP items or even a NeoCash card code for an NC item because that is still against the rules. Both from Neopets editorials.
