rachiee Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 It means a user has been banned from the forums, presumably because their warning level reached 100% or they were a spambot that was spammin' up the place way too much so the mods had to ban them. Anime Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 When a member is banned, they are automatically put in that group. The strikethrough is up as aesthetic thing, like bolding super members.
