RoboHissi Posted September 15, 2011 Share Posted September 15, 2011 In general, it happens anywhere from 2PM to 5PM on Wednesday (and very rarely later than that). If you're looking to get a gold, you're going to need to do a lot of refreshing to catch it right after it happens, but otherwise you should be able to get in the first 250 rather easily if you catch it within 10-20 minutes of it being released.
