Batman
A guide to writing an appeal? You could submit a ticket, but I don't know what you mean by a guide. Every situation is unique so I don't know how there would be a guide to it.
nbbug132
I don't know about a guide or anything, but speaking as someone who's been on the ticket side of things (for another website) I can offer some advice that applies across the board: - Be clear and concise. Explain what you want/need as clearly and as simply as you can. - Provide evidence/proof. If you've filed a related ticket before provide that ticket number. Screenshots of neomails or message may help depending on your case. - Be polite! This helps a lot, really. If you're nice to the person who's handling your ticket they will be much more willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Good luck! ^^

Sweetdang
To add on to the points that are already here, check your spelling before you send the ticket. Also make sure that all the info you put in was accurate, so that if they were to question you on it, you would be able to prove it. Good luck!
