Stupid Part 10! Help!

I'm following the TDN guide for this plot, but I've been stuck at part 10 for awhile now. I've done as the walkthrough said - I deposited all my neopoints in the bank except for ten times the inflation rate of the shop, then visited the shop. But NEVER have I seen the items with the Libra on them! NEVER! I've done this for every shop! Am I doing something wrong?

which plot? the altador plot? for part ten? well, the inflation rate right now is 5.22 so you should have exactly 522 nps on hand. everything else should be in the bank ^^

Make sure you're doing it properly :)

 

Remember that each shop has a different inflation rate, so you'll have to go back to the bank each time before visiting each shop. And also I believe it's 100 times the inflation rate, not ten.

 

So, say first shop is 5.22%, go to bank, deposit until you have 522 on hand. Go to shop, buy the item if it's there.

 

If it's not, go to the second shop, check inflation rate AGAIN, go to the bank AGAIN until you have 100 times the inflation rate. Do this again for the last shop if it's not there.

 

That should help you out :)
