Well I can say zapping your pet can... But it can also increase it... Why?

zap is really expensive? and the chance is random, can u pick wat stats?

At midnight go to Count Von Roo on Roo Island. He'll drain your pet levels, or increase them. It's a bit random, but the only two options are increase in level or decrease in level.

 

Zapping is very expensive and random - stats, color, species, gender... a lot can happen when you turn your pet over to the mad scientist.

Getting the lab map is expensive, but once you have it, zapping is free. Its completely random, you can't choose what stats inc/dec and you can't choose to inc/dec level. Count von roo affects only level, I think you have an equal chance of inc/dec level, but so far, he only decreases my pets level.

You can also increase your lvl by faerie quests and coltzan might give you some help:-)

the only way that I can think of is putting your pet to the laboratory to zap, it can either increase or decrease your pets stats, and occasionally it can make your pet go back down to level 1 in one zap
