Piticent
wow...thats just sad. sadly, though, (almost) everything sells for less in user shops than in neopian shops
jcaitou
...then what's the point of keeping the neopian shops?
rachiee
wow...thats just sad. sadly, though, (almost) everything sells for less in user shops than in neopian shops ^ this. There's no point to restocking from the Magic Shop unless you're looking for a rare Morphing Potion or something like that. Heck, with nearly every common item being worth considerably less in user shops, there's no point restocking anywhere. That is, unless you're looking for something rare and expensive. Lydia Trebond
On half-price day I scoop up Nanka Bottles and fire jugs and get a VERY nice profit, even though they are slow to sell. Even on a regular day, you can make a decent profit off of them, if you go at the right time.

I went to the collectable card shop on half price day(first time I actually restocked) and picked up several hundred of the common blue/red card an a couple dozen kasuki lu and fire paws and the expensive niten hirou and manage to sell all of them getting me around 300-1000 np per card and 4k+ per avatar card. Since then the book shop, food shop, stamp and collectable shops have been yeilding nice profits too.
mikeperetz
Estimated Price =/= Real Price... in sfp's case, it is probably just a typo, as with chili chucks, etc. But either way, the estimated price is mostly for "organization purposes" and determines what it stocks for in shops :P Many many items sell for more than their estimated prices and those sell out fast (that's what restocking is) but others aren't useful/rare enough to do so. Supply and Demand :)
Squidmama
Oh to the Mn to the Gee! They need to fix this! XD Like, make us sell things at the estimated price for a whole year or something. It would be so good for the neoeconomy, its gotten crazysauce XD

The Slippery Floor Potion is actually *not* a typo. I've seen it at about that price for months now. :/ You would think they would update it... Sakabato
I noticed that before, that is just plain unfitting. Hoohay! I am on your stalklist!
Nika
Even though the price makes me lol it's true that keeping the potion at that price will catch some poor noobs--not all around noobs, but people who are new to restocking and pretty jumpy. It definitely happened to me when I started buying at the chocolate shop (for the avvie). Needless to say that was a short-lived endeavor :S Maybe TNT doesn't update it because they don't need to: unfortunately, people are buying it at that price!
