Adobe Reader

Recommended Posts

i am trying to convert a Bitmap onto my Adobe Reader. It comes up with the message:

Adobe reader could not open 'WhiteLynx.bmp' because itt is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

Is there anyway to convert it?

Details: Paint 5.1, Adobe Reader 8.

your trying to make a pdf file out of a bitmap file?

you can pdf files in adobe illustrator(and other adobe products), im sure tehre are free programs out there just gotta serch for them. but i would suggest saveing your bitmap as a gif, tiff, jpg, or png as those are allot more common and better file formats

if you dont mind me asking why do you want it as a pdf format? it may not be necsarry
