Piticent
I'm reading around TDN, and is this a staff feature? I cant seem to see where I could activate it
queensorchadragon
I haven't noticed this until now! But I think I just figured it out. See the little green and red buttons down by the bottom right corner of my post? Near the reply/multiquote buttons. Click one of the buttons (uh, preferably the green one?) and you have just voted a post up/down :P
Anime
Those have never worked. All of the voting maximums were set to 0 by default when the forums were updated, and we never increased it. To be perfectly honest, it just seems like the sort of thing that'd cause problems.
Guest iYoshinho
That is called a "reputation system" You can raise or lower someones rep and they would lose features if it is too low or gain some when you have a high rep. It does not move the post up or down physically though. It was turned off here due to problems it can make. You guys should uninstall it instead of keeping it. Anime
It's part of the IP Board package. We can't just remove a bit of it. Or at least, I can't, and having Ian dig that far into the forums' code is just asking for an explosion. And, again, it was never on to begin with. Guest iYoshinho
It is not really built in. Jellyneo Forums use IP.Board 3.1.4 (latest version at the time of this post) and there is completely no sign of the rep system. Ian might need to physically dig into the IPB files and SQL database or get one of those modifications that uninstall/hide it
Anime
I'll admit, no one has looked. However, as it is disabled, there is really no reason to go digging through things that could potentially cause an issue, espically when we have no idea where to begin.
