rachiee
It's none other than Eligibility, my Glowing Poogle. c: Sketched on paper (then I took a picture of it with my webcam because I don't have a scanner) and then coloured in GIMP. The sketch really didn't take all that long, but the colouring probably took anywhere from 30 minutes-1 hour. I had to trace over it, but you probably wouldn't realize that :P Like the topic title says, this is my first real attempt at drawing a Neopet, as well as colouring digitally. (I drew everything but the Virtupets symbol in the thought bubble) Anyway, I'm pleased with the overall result (except for the outline [looks kinda sloppy] and how Eligibility isn't actually glowing, but I can always change that)...now tell me what you think =) EDIT: I should add that I coloured + traced over my sketch with a laptop touchpad xP
