-Ryan
"Over my Head" by the Fray. One of the best songs in existence, in my opinion. "I never knew, I never knew that everything was falling throgh, That everyone I knew was waiting on a clue, To turn and run and all I needed was the truth, Well if that's how it's gotta be, It's coming down to nothing more than apathy, I'd rather run the other other way then stay and see, the smoke and who's still standing when it clearrsssss, and everyone knows i'm in over my head, Over my head, with 8 seconds left in overtime, she's on your mind, she's on your minnnddd, Let's rearrange, I wish you were a stranger I could disengage, Say that we agree and then never change, Softeeennnn a bit until we all just get along, but that's disregard, find another freind and you discard, As you lose the arguement in a cable car, Hanginnn above as the canyon comes betweeeennn, And everyone knows i'm in over my head, over my head, with 8 seconds left in overtime, She's on your mind, She's on your minnnnddd, Everyone knows i'm in over my head, over my head, With eight seconds left in over-time, she's on your mind, she's on, oh, And suddenly, I become part of the past, I'm becoming the prt that don't last, I'm losing you and it's effortless, Without a sound we lose sight of the ground, In a throw aound, Never thought that you wanted to bring it down, I won't let it go down till we torch it ourselveeesss and, Everyone knows i'm in over my head, over my head, with 8 seconds left in overtime, She's on your mind, She's on your minnnnddd, Everyone knows, She's on your mind, Everyone knows i'm in over my head in over my head, I'm over my, Everyone knows i'm in over my head, In over my head, Over my head, With eight seconds left in over time, She's on your mind, She's on your minnnnnnnnnddddddd," Hey, I know the lyrics! :O
Quark
"Lollipop"--Mika I'm almost ashamed of loving Mika because it's SO poppy and candy-colored and AHHHH. I feel like I'm drowning in a high-pitched sugary coated Candy Land dream. But somehow, I love it. Then again, when you listen to a lot of his lyrics it seems a lot less innocent and colorful. ;p

Noog
It's not "well if that's how it's gotta be", it's just "but that's how it's gotta be" ironically enough, I'm listening to a cover of Over my head, by A Day to Remember. Well, it's not too ironic because the song made me think of this :P

Sometimes I think kids songs are much more interesting than 'adult' songs. But then again I guess I've always been a kid at heart and not really willing to let go of those parts of life *points to avatar and username*

I haven't heard him name in years. I also loved Joanie Bartel? (I can't remember how it was spelled.) I was in grade school when I remember listening to her stuff. A lot of the kids stuff was so much fun. I have all the songs from the Rainbow Brite series on my computer. I used to listen to them alot from 15-18. My nickname is actually a character from Rainbow Brite. :laughingsmiley:
