It would help if you listed your current equipment :) If you have nothing at all and you are looking for a 10M budget, I don't know what to tell you. XD

 

If you follow the Space Faerie guide Cornflakes linked to, you could follow a very similar plan to defeat the Ghostkercheif, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are a long term battler.
